Long Stomach Sitting I Do A Lot Of Sitting. Is There Anything I Can Possibly Imbibe That Might Help My Stomach?

I do a lot of sitting. Is there anything I can possibly imbibe that might help my stomach? - long stomach sitting

I make too much sitting. Much. Especially at work, sometimes when I go home.

Is there a basic training and stretching exercises or walk to the question, which I recommend just described. because sometimes I have pain, if I sign up for long periods.

I also try to drink plenty of water. But I wish there was something, or perhaps a cup of herbal tea? Aloe Vera can be?
